My dating journey was just like yours

My journey wasn't so smooth. I had so many ups and downs, epic fails and I'm grateful for all of those experiences.

Dating and relationships aren't things you just know. It's something you master over the years. You might learn from reading a book or watching a video. But hey, this isn't a rom com movie.

It's about your life, it's about taking responsibility for yourself and getting what you want. Yes, there's a lot to know, and some of it might feel challenging but, I'm here with you every step of the way.

I went through all kinds of setbacks, but also a lot of good moments. I learned how to embrace both the good and bad times and I survived, meeting an amazing man and living a happy and meaningful life.

Every delay has a hidden cost in dating

Every delay has a hidden cost in dating

Every time you delay your next step in dating, there’s a cost.

Not always in dollars.

Sometimes in confidence.

Sometimes in momentum.

Sometimes in time you don’t get back.

You tell yourself things like:

“I just need to feel more ready.”

“I’ll get out there when I’m more confident.”

“I’m being thoughtful—I just need a little more time.”

But let’s call it what it really is.

You’re scared it won’t work this time.

You’re scared of wasting energy.

You’re scared of being seen trying.

I get it.

When my marriage ended, I dated before I felt ready. Honestly? I made mistakes. I stumbled. I second-guessed myself. But here’s the thing: every one of those imperfect steps moved me forward. Dating before I felt “ready” is exactly what got me further ahead than so many people who stayed stuck waiting for the perfect moment.

The truthis, readiness doesn’t come first. Readiness is something you build by being in the process.

Every minute you spend “prepping” instead of showing up…

Every hour perfecting your profile instead of meeting someone…

Every week you stay in planning mode instead of connection mode…

That’s all time you’re not going on dates.

Not making memories.

Not opening yourself up to love.

It’s not just a delay—it’s disconnection.

Not just from dating, but from the version of you who’s brave enough to love while scared.

You don’t need to be more ready.

You need to start trusting yourself.

And that’s exactly what we’ll work on this Saturday in my Love AcceleratedWorkshop. I’ll show you how to release the old patterns, step into your new identity, and attract love that actually lasts.
