My journey was not so smooth. I had so many ups and downs and I'm grateful for all of those experiences. Dating and relationships aren't things you just know. It's something you master over the years. You might learn from reading a book or watching a video. But hey, it's not a rom com movie. It's about your life, about taking responsibility for yourself and getting what you want. It's a lot of stuff, and some of its quite difficult. I went through all kinds of setbacks, but also a lot of good moments. I learned how to embrace both the good and bad times and survived, living a happy and meaningful life. If you're interested in finding your love, or you need help to make your existing love life even better, then, contact me. I’m Elizabeth Tritsch, a Science- based, certified Dating & Relationship coach and Matchmaker.
I'm called the Mistress of Manifesting because I manifested love into my life. I'm like Will Smith in the movie, Hitch, but I’m real. My specialties include how to create a profile that attracts, how to enjoy dating while choosing wisely and how to create a loving, connected relationship.
It’s Time to Give Yourself Permission
Let’s talk about something really important—giving yourself permission to look for love. A lot of people feel stuck, like they need someone else to tell them it’s okay to start dating. They feel afraid of being hurt again or worry about what others might think. But guess what? You don’t need anyone’s permission but your own.
What Happens When You Say “Yes”?
Imagine if you gave yourself permission to find the kind of love you really want—the kind that makes you feel happy, seen, and valued. Stop waiting for the “right time” or someone else to tell you it’s okay. You are allowed to look for love now, just as you are.
Are you holding yourself back?
Sometimes, we’re scared—scared of rejection, scared we’re not ready, or scared we won’t meet the right person. These fears can make it hard to take the first step. But here’s the truth: You’re ready when you say you’re ready.
Steps to Start Saying “Yes”
1. Own Your Desire for Love: It’s okay to want a partner. You are worthy of love.
2. Take Small Steps: Start with something easy, like smiling more, joining a dating app, or going on a casual date.
3. Face Your Fears: Write down what’s holding you back and ask yourself if those fears are really helping you.
4. Picture the Relationship You Want: Imagine how good it will feel to be with someone who loves and values you.
5. Take Action Today: Even the smallest step—like telling a friend you’re ready to date—can build momentum.
So, Stop Waiting—You’re Ready Now!
The perfect time to find love doesn’t exist. If you’ve been waiting for someone to say, “It’s okay to date again,” give yourself that permission now. You deserve love, and the right relationship is waiting for you. All you need to do is say, “I’m ready.”
Know that, taking action in the wrong direction is better than taking no action at all. It makes making decisions easier.
Let’s go after it—together! You are worthy of a love that lights you up.
Let’s make it happen together!
Remember, you’re only one date away from love.
Xx,
Elizabeth
