Years ago, I wanted to be more confident in dating and attract the right kind of partner—but I wasn’t sure how to make lasting changes.
Then I discovered the book, Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg, and it completely shifted my approach to creating the love life I desired.
Here’s the secret: to achieve big results in dating, you’ve got to start super tiny.
Here’s how you can do it:
1. Pick one behavior to focus on.
You could say hi to someone new, initiate a conversation on a dating app, or simply smile more when you’re out.
2. Shrink it down to something ridiculously easy.
If meeting new people feels intimidating, start small—say “good morning” to your barista or make eye contact with a stranger and smile. These tiny actions build confidence over time!
3. Pair your new habit with something you already do.
For example, if you already scroll on your phone in the evening, use that time to send one thoughtful message on a dating app. Or, if you take daily walks, practice holding your head high and smile at others as you go.
The magic lies in these small, consistent shifts. Over time, they build your confidence and help you step into the kind of energy that attracts your ideal match.
