Let’s just say it:

You’re hiding.

You’re swiping in silence.
Lurking on Instagram, watching everyone else fall in love.
The couple selfies. The cozy weekends away. The “we met on Hinge” stories…

But when it’s your turn to show up?

You freeze.

You overthink your profile.
You obsess over the perfect photo.
You ghost the match who actually seems… nice.

You say you’re “taking a break” from dating apps—but let’s be honest:
You’re not taking a break.
You’re playing small.

You’re afraid to be seen.

I was the successful one.

Or that magnetic presence that draws people in instantly.  But here’s the thing—I teach that. So yeah, I’ve got that one. And if you work with me? You will too. It’s not elusive. It’s learnable.

None of that stuff actually matters.

You don’t need a new face, a new personality, or a glam squad.
You just need to show up.

That’s what changed everything for me.
I stopped waiting until I was “ready”—and decided to be real.

Imperfect.
Unfiltered.
Fully human.
And completely lovable.

You think you’re not showing up because you’re not ready.
But truth?
You’re scared.

And fear is a terrible dating strategy.

It’s not about having the best lighting, the most curated profile, or the perfect dating app openers.

It’s about presence.

The moment you actually let people see you? That’s when everything shifts.

Because love doesn’t find you while you’re hiding behind work…

Or avoiding the apps while eating a Nova and capers on an everything bagel alone in your dining room/ living room.

Love finds you when you say:
“Okay. I’m ready to be seen.”

Even if your hair’s not done.
Even if you’re exhausted from the subway.
Even if you’re not sure what you’re doing.

Especially then.

I’m obsessed with buttery Chardonnays. OBSESSED.
You’ll find me wandering midtown wine shops trying to hunt one down—usually leaving empty-handed—while voice-noting my clients their next dating profile edits.

It’s about being visible.
Confident.
And unapologetically aligned with what you want.
